How is this "new" revelation going to bode for the airline industry? Put the final nail in the coffin? Or the light at the end of the tunnel?
I let the doctor go quickly so I didn't waste all his time...he didnt weigh in on airline flying much, but his family are a bunch of airline pilots, so I think he is rooting for industry. He made mention of giving space, high volume airflow in airliners, and that wearing masks helps. He said dont go into bars or crowded areas. If I had more time I would have liked to hear his thoughts on Delta's spacing and caps and how effective our method is.
I think if the airlines and particularly Delta in our case were a real covid vector the media would have been all over that like stink on crap, but they haven't. Which leads me to believe something about the airlines is working. Or possibly a combination of some things (plural on "things").
And yes I think we generally need to get on with life if we are young and healthy. The second third and fourth order consequences are too great.
