Why do people think this is possible? How does a 65 year old go to the grocery store safely? How does a 50 year old at risk teacher go to school? How does a young low risk nurse at a senior citizens home avoid interacting with the residents? You cannot identify all vulnerable people and completely isolate them from society. The only way to slow the spread and minimize deaths is to reduce human interaction as much as possible. Allowing low risk individuals to go about their lives as if COVID isn't a thing will just make it spread faster which WILL cause the high risk people to catch it.
