Agreed, and of course their built in defense mechanism is to continually and loudly chant the mantra of “we saved the airline”, followed by demanding that you believe that they were the “most experienced pilot group ever hired at UAL”. It’s like having a three year old running around in his Spider-Man undies trying to convince you that he’s actually a super hero.
