My first jet job required a 2 year training contract commitment because I was not trained in that aircraft , a Falcon 20 , it was the best move I ever made in my flying career .......... **** that. Training costs are something you include in your business plan. Along with expected turnover. That's nearly every business by the way, not just aviation.
