In one case Ed gets the publicity win and we take the loss or pass the LOA and we get the publicity win on all fronts especially if it gets to bankruptcy.
I don't get how you made this jump that this LOA has now become a battle for hearts and minds in the American court of public opinion? That is a huge reach on your part IMHO.
Most Americans could give a rats about airline employees, let alone the machinations of labor negotiations of a small employee group in an otherwise expansive ocean of workers.
