Of course old/new factors into it. As I recall, before the 175’s came on line Envoy’s performance was far from stellar. But yeah, management is an issue too. Happily, I’m just a line pilot hoping things improve with American but I also realize I can only do what I can
do for my own flights. The bigger issue for everyone is that the fall out from COVID is going to drag on, I’m just not inclined to squabble over BS on line anymore. All of us are going to have our own company issues to deal with after the Dec.31. Good luck in the future Dera.
