Should I just put today’s date??
even though I’m obviously not quitting today!?

also, it wants no gaps in employment dates- life doesn’t work that way, especially when you’ve done seasonal jobs in aviation,etc..
If you are still working, for end date put “current”.

If you are no longer working, for the end date, put the actual end date.
