You don't have any idea how the relationship between mgmt and the pilots is here.
It's a disgrace. JO does not care whether we are ontime or not, his attitude towards us will not change. If running an airline that was inefficient/problem laden/at risk of losing business was a problem for him, he would have already made a change.
The best thing to do in this situation is to quit working for him. I'm doing exactly that, effective in a couple of weeks.
