The pay bump from 190 FO to 220 FO and 190 CA/320 FO to 220 CA I think is where most of the bids will come from. So middle of the pack 190 FO’s to 220 FO’s and I think the left seat gets filled with senior 320 FO’s and top 50% 190 CA’s.
The left seat will not go junior.
They recently loaded all the A220 manuals onto Comply 365. Maybe having only two easy memory items will make it go more senior.
