Become an FAA examiner. You can have some fun like "old times" in a c-172... do a couple of checkrides in 1 day and there you go! 800$ in your pocket in 1 day ... u need to have quite a few hours giving dual tough... not sure how many exactly.

My Examiner for my PPL is an FO from Spirit, and that's what he does during his spare time.. and he really enjoys doing it!
