Lose the not really furloughed line. They are on the street with health insurance. Dont hear what I'm not saying, I'm glad we have insurance options, but let's not pretend it's not really a furlough because of that. They have recall protections too, right?
What I meant by that is they don’t have the same requalification process as if they had the “real furlough” the company keeps them qualified depending on what those guys have picked so the company has more freedom to bounce back when needed.
