This is about the dumbest thing I have read all day. Even the knowledgeable and experienced make mistakes. Are you saying you want someone who will just sit there say “great job Captain” while you something unintentionally dumb? You definitely talk like a single-seat fighter guy who’s ego is bigger than their experience. The “I am the Captain, don’t ever question me” mentality is dead or at least on life support.
