I don’t think they can get much leaner, but as long as disposals equal or outpace new deliveries, you won’t see much hiring, unless people start leaving in droves. Unfortunately many folks at NJ have the proverbial golden handcuffs, and the job has improved over the years, so I don’t see many people leaving anytime within the next 10 years.
