It is still around 150 pilots fat. Now is that really "fat" perse? I wouldn't call it fat but with barely a net gain in airplanes for the foreseeable future, the only way you are getting hired is because of attrition. It will happen, dude, I know you want it, and hope you get it, but having massive growth with airplanes that equates to pilots, is pure fantasy.

In fact, they could easily park planes right now while flying demand is below target, which would further prevent hiring for the immediate future. NJA was strong enough to stay the course for the time being, which is great. That's way more than anyone could say in 2008, but it doesn't appear it would make much sense to expand and attack right now.
