So if I green slip up to 150 hour one month and that allows me to drop all my trips the next month because I average my pay over the two month for more time off and better QOL, that's a bad thing? 2 months with 150hrs pay and 20 days worked and GSs to affect staffing formula is somehow worse than 2 months at 75hrs pay each and 27 days worked with no formula impact. You guys need to learn how to use your contract better, that's an extra 7 days off (or a free week of vacation) GSs are not the problem, being overly productive is the problem. GSs are about earning efficiently. Think of it as personal productivity. The more I am personally productive the less productive I am for the company and the quicker they need additional pilots.
