I’ve been flying for money since 1998. If any of the big four would be arrogant, Southwest would be at the bottom of the list.

You sure would be a senior 737 captain at SWA after 30 years. Are you a senior captain at your establishment?

To think that your establishment wouldn’t pursue business opportunities in a downturn to avoid coming off as “arrogant” is either naive, or just poor business acumen.
