I left because my last two mortgage experiences with them sucked, and my most recent experience was so bad that I jumped ship for Navy Fed. Happy to say that the latter had much more customer-friendly and competent loan officers and underwriters.

And for those of you who say USAA is more expensive than other options, are you factoring in the SSA refund that you get every year?
