I agree, the optics would suck. At the same time, you can't deny that we're losing the message battle and haven't done a very good job of putting our side of the story out there.

Yeah SWAPA should be publicizing the percentage of pay that pilot’s have already lost.
Imagine if every time management or a “co-heart” said “10% pay cut to save the company” the standard response was “Pilot’s already gave -30% !!!”
