The danger of basing your salary on how many hours you can fly: If you are still making contractual hourly rates and line values are at or above contractual monthly minimum the you have not taken a pay cut. No one at your company is going to listen when you tell them. You guys and jetblue and delta and frontier have all been living large on the overtime train.
