You PB are completly missing the point here, let me TRY to bring u up 2 speed most people do not necessarily want, or feel like "retiring" these days (of better general health), at age 60, and if a person has a job that they love why should they "retire" just because a bunch of "young punks" (your words NOT mine) want to "take over" now lets get back to the theme of this thread.
