Really? Seniority is king. I have the base I want. I have the schedule I want. I have the seat I want. Why would I go somewhere to sit right seat on reserve for years in a base that is a difficult commute.
There are other places you could go and not sit on reserve for hardly any time at all. You'd also get paid a lot more, have more days off, and better benefits. But if you feel that being senior at Mesa is the best option, more power to you.
