I was really using your factual statement about England's lockdown (I've since bolded it) to make the point how silly some of these guys on here sound when they imply and even express the opinion that ALL our healthcare and public health experts and professionals here in the US are hyping up the Corona virus in order to damage POTUS.
Clearly the media has been doing a lot of hyping. They very much have been pinning this isssue on the POTUS despite many other nations taking many different approaches, and even those with high mask compliance are still having problems.
