Sorry, but the world has moved on and there’s no place for terrible people like that in a modern professional environment. I don’t care what their reasoning is it’s never ok to use language some of them use. End of story.
I’ve flown with many and only a handful have displayed that behavior. Just because they’re older doesn’t automatically make them racist or act unprofessionally. Age has nothing to do with that as there’s individuals who are middle aged and acted like children.
