If we truly hate FSB that much, then we can negotiate it during our next contract. What would you be willing to give up to remove FSB? Me personally, I wouldn’t trade anything for it.
Perhaps you weren't here when we gave it away.
1. Any FSB used to pay 4.0
on top of your Reserve guarantee.
2. We gave that way for FREE and with zero language preventing its abuse. Some pointed that out, way back then. "Oh, they won't do that" we were told by the Union. Well, guess what, they did and will continue to do so. And when things go south as they are now they will likely freelance to the extreme.
3. Some now complain when they abuse it, as they should.
4. Good luck fixing it in the future. Work rules once lost, are usually gone forever. And when Marvins run the union, it's going to be even tougher.
