Contract before that. Long before the BS "Unused" language showed up. Because they cost the company they were seldom assigned. Once they were freebies, they handed them out like chicklets.
My fave, they assign you a Short Call. Then five or six hours later they call and CHANGE you to FSB.
4 hours on top of guarantee must have been before my time started prior to C2000. I do ramember the 90 hour FSB lines. That language still exists in the contract, I think. Wish they'd use them again but they have zero incentive to do it these days. The local guys would eat that up.
