Ever go on the MEC website or read emails? Sorry, you are like many, trust me.

This policy is still in effect. Also, if you are seeing over scheduling of SC or FSB (relative to the bump up in flying for the month) please PDR as specified below.

Update on Short Call / Field Standby (SC/FSB) Usage
The following report is from the System Schedule Committee's Crew Desk Subcommittee
In the wake of the current schedule reductions, the SSC continues to highlight to the Company that Short Call / Field Standby's (SC/FSBs) are being overbuilt. While we recognize that the crew desk is facing numerous operational challenges during the current crisis, the SSC has made it clear that the number of SC/FSBs being built needs to be reduced to ensure they're in line with the current flying and staffing levels. In addition, we've discussed the obvious health concerns associated with requiring pilots to transit security and sit a FSB assignment in airports and flight planning areas.
The SSC has now been informed by the Company that they are reanalyzing their SC/FSB usage, considering the new flying levels, to determine the appropriate reserve assignment needs. Based on this commitment, the SSC expects to quickly see an overall reduction in the number of SC/FSBs built to be more in line with current operations. We will continue to monitor reserve assignment construction and utilization levels and provide feedback to the Company.
The Company has also informed the SSC that in an attempt to help pilots mitigate their virus exposure from sitting at the airport, they've agreed to allow anyone on FSB more flexibility in the time it takes to get to the gate for a flight assignment. If you choose to complete your FSB obligation at a location near the airport, the Company will allow an additional 30 minutes to arrive at the gate for a DH or to complete flight planning duties. While this interim policy is a step in the right direction, the SSC will continue to advocate that all FSB assignments be suspended for the duration of this crisis.
If you continue to see an unusually high number of SCs or FSBs in a category, please submit a PDR at System Schedule > Crew Desk so we can investigate.
