Do y’all interpret this as they will get no pay during training, or they will get min guarantee until after their check ride then to ELS?
I think it would be completely inappropriate to pay new hires while there are involuntary ELS guys. The union can’t do much with new hires, but most if not all the ELS will be a year in and thus under the union care. Hard to get worked up over speculation but it’s an interesting conversation.
