Ok, I would probably rule out going to college, and then getting your licenses and ratings. It could be done, but you won't be on with a regional until you are about 32, and then you'll have to spend some years there before you make money capable of living off.
So I would say your two options are:
1. Go to college, and don't get a real hard degree. Then you can do some flying during the school year, and fly as much as you can during the summer while working.
2. The online college.
I would probably choose option #1. But that is just my opinion. It is completely up to you.
