Ok. So what happened? One year or first pc is everywhere. Your not coming off probation without a pc. Why were your asked to resign? I know we had a guy that was back and forth on leaves based on chief pilot discretion language that had an issue. The problem you might have had is when your on a chief pilot discretion leave your not accruing longevity. Hence the pc then let go before 1 year longevity. I think I figured out who you are. Next time we can save your job if you don’t tell the chief pilot to F off in the disciplinarian hearing. That was really dumb.
