No comm blackout, this was Hot CK’s ploy. Talk to a rep if you need reassurance. My rep told me that this offer was soundly rejected, and still included FM language... SWAPA told us that they will reject any offer, even if they wanted to give us raises, that contained FM language.

They aren’t going to come to the membership with BS offers that they reject. They are threading the needle to get what is suitable. Also, SWAPA is honoring the contract; seeking out ALL options before involuntary furloughs. More Voluntary options exist.
