I think they also are getting a bit shy about hiring guys unde 1000 hours due to upgrade requiring 2500 hours. If you walk in with 1000, it'll take at least 2 years from DOH to have that time. We got a memo asking to update our times a few weeks back. I think they are starting to worry that they might run out of qualified FOs to upgrade in a year or two if attrition and growth hold close to the current level.
