They've filed nothing but federal cases. So yes, they will eventually get to the SCOTUS. The PA one in particular will lead the charge. Boockvar's hubris in her defiance of the order will be their undoing. You don't violate an order from the SCOTUS. This will come back in trial. Let's watch, it should be good fun to watch her try to wiggle out of it.
