It amazes me how slow people are starting the engines. Ince the start valve closes i start 2. That way by the time the #1 has rolled back the #2 is done motoring.
I do this on the NGs also.
I think SET on the max should be done almost all the time time permitting. The idle thrust is so great you have to drag the brakes with two engines anyways.
This is why we can’t have nice things.
