That is not true
Positive cases up. Testing is up, and continues as people freak out over a bug that is 99.76% survivable (unless you are obese - that is not a good demo to be in with this bug). I digress.
A case does not meet infection criteria at the outset. A case becomes and infection when patient presents with fever and symptoms of sever URI. Simply having a positive test is not an infection. Infections rates are maintaining pretty stable MoM.
Get your terminology correct if you are going to post in public.
