Actually, TonyC was more than just an ALPA officer, but played a proactive role in the campaign against SAPA, and I believe even went as far as visiting our SLC domicile during the campaign.

I'm sure that ALPA sueing SkyWest/SAPA is "clean", in your mind, even as the suit goes on after the voting pilot population VERY clearly told ALPA that their services weren't requested here.

I personally think that if a SAPA organization were trying to take over an ALPA MEC with a $5.3 million campaign, something tells me that your actions would be biased towards ALPA.
