Couldn't agree more. Our leadership is picked by 19 reps, often with "backroom" deals and negotiations. Resulting in cliques and "post election" paybacks. Lincoln said it best, "there's too many pigs for the tits"
Clearly the ENTIRE MEMBERSHIP should vote for the chairman, not just 19 reps
