While it's been a learning experience and I have by no means mastered the international realm, the hardest part is the timing on how to not over cook my top sirloin.
Just don't do what my engineer did a few weeks ago. He put his food, while still in the styrofoam container, in the oven. I had tears rolling down my face from laughing so hard. He scraped off the white goo and ate the food!
