We have to fill our social media posts with: "this reflects my opinion and no way shape or form is representive of my company." A lot of people on these boards voiced their concerns to one another when in the middle of pay negotiations, he posted a company sponsored video. It was not see as being in unison with his fellow union members and instead shilling for the company in a very critical time.
For Swayne's deeds, that would be the one that bothers me. I think it's neat that he has a successful YouTube channel, I wanted to do that in my career too, but I didn't get the views. And the social media policy is the company and AA's fault, not Swayne's fault, getting upset with him because he got the blessing, in my mind, is a mistake.
