I’ve heard late summer timeframe for hiring in 2021, which would surprise me. I still believe they’ll push it back to early 2022. Q1 next year will still be slow as the vaccine is slowly rolled out. I think summer will be a vast improvement, but something we can handle with the 4100 pilots we already have on the seniority list.
I guess the big wildcard in all of this is the AA codeshare and if it gets approved....how much extra flying will that generate.

Now if the vaccine roll out goes terribly or the AA/JB codeshare doesn’t get approved, then you can forget about hiring and you’re probably looking at furloughs in May.
