In the ERJ the packs (off APU bleed at least) do a pretty good job.
I care A LOT more about flight deck temp than whether or not its a TP or TF.
A turboprop is still a turbine engine. If the bleeds and packs are designed with sufficient capacity, it should be no different than a jet. Any new design would presumably have that (and an APU).
