There was a recent post about the Bro side really needing FO's. Can any of you current bro pilots chime in here and let us know if you still feel like you need new pilots? We have min reserve coverage for the entire month of Feb = not enough pilots on the EMB120 in my opinion at least in my base. It has been like this since I have hit the line on June of 07. As for attrition.......I have not been keeping track lately but my seniority number keeps changing (Going up) on a weekly and almost daily bases. I do know of 4 capts in my base that are in a hiring pool at major airlines awaiting for their class dates and I am sure there are more out there as well.
