well it turned out to not be to much right now. it was a we hope to be able to make an announcement soon, than a we have something to say call. some of the things that made it interesting is the company hasn't negotiated with us in a long time, and now all the of the sudden we have 2, 3 day negotiated meetings within 2 weeks of eachother. even our negotiating commitee was impressed by this and feel something can actually get done.
our mec chair also cant believe that the company is forcing their 900 rates on us with out a decision from the arbitrator. once again breaking the law and throwing the contract out the door.
he felt very "up beat" about the coming scope decision and has been incontact with the arbitrator. we should hear something in the next 2 weeks, and as soon as he heres the official ruling he will let us know immediatly.
thats pretty much it. at&t gave the pilot group the wrong number and the q&a part of the call didn't work so from the beginning it kinda felt like a dud. i think only 50 people listened because no one had the right phone number... thats pretty much it.
