The ideal Envoy would be 100% pipeline graduates at some future date with no leftover lifers from years ago who got lucky after flying a Baron around West Texas for Virgil's Oil Bidness. When Envoy finally purges the last of the lifers, that's the how the ideal overall Envoy demographic looks.
