To the best of my information. In Amerijet's training culture "All new hires are equal. But some new hires become more equal than others"s.
Dont blame folks for leaving because they recognize that they could put their ticket & career in jeopardy by continuing their employment at Amerijet. After all. They have a right to "protect their tickets" and their careers.
First of all I’m not blaming anyone for departing the fix. If they found a better opportunity or this just isn’t for them I respect that. Second I feel you’re out of line with your assumptions on our training. Are we FDX or a legacy? No. But we have dedicated instructors and check airman. We may not be at whatever level you or your colleagues expect but things work just fine. And under our new CEO we actually are getting the resources we’ve been asking for. I’m not blaming anybody and while we may be located on 36th St. we are working hard every day to bring this airline up and improve. BB doesn’t hold court anymore. Our CEO does. You’d know that if you actually worked here. Are we perfect? No. But we are trying. And THAT is what matters. In closing your tone reminds me of a disgruntled former employee. He was a new hire here briefly. And he often out the blame of his poor performance on others. He didn’t pan out but it wasn’t our fault.
