Good move staying at AWAC. Just keep flying and bugging crew scheduling. I still think you can make it to NWA faster from AWAC then if you went to Compass. You have to be at Compass for 30 months, and be a Captain before you're ever eligible to flow up. Plus, there's a AWAC guy starting class with me at NWA on Feb 11th, so that's a seniority bump for you.
