They'll have to back to the sim for a few bounces at a minimum. Those people that are now due for recurrent will have to do an MV/LOE and I'm guessing they'll toss a few warmup sims in there, but that's pure conjecture on my part.

Depends on the language. CARES 1.0 didn't protect against downgrades. Fingers crossed they will.
