Where in there did I mention anything about flowbacks? What folks ought to be concerned about is pressure being put on existing portions of the CBA such as compensation, work rules, flow, etc. It's guaranteed that AAG has better lawyers than the Association. Taking a long historical view of the industry, anything is possible when a company is fighting for its survival through reorganization.
