Thank your management for providing a better product. I could buy a ticket on United and enjoy a 2 hr flight on a E175 and then connect to a 2 hr flight on a CRJ 200, or I can spend the same money on the competition and ride on an A319 and a B717. It’s a pretty easy choice.
I understand your point quite clearly and agree. I would just add that in certain hubs Delta does the same thing.
