I'm 99% sure it goes "100 multi + RJ course = no TT req." and "50+ multi + RJ course = 400 TT req."

I know this b/c I know people who interviewed at Eagle after they took the RJ course who had 400TT and 50 multi. And they're getting their couse re-imbursed (with an 18 month commitment, of course).
