The COD getting the cat shot here (@ 0:16 second point of the video) had a hydraulic pump for the ship break free from the tie downs -- Cg shifts to the tail they go vertical, stall, augured in. Mishap investigators believe all apparently died before water impact when the load (a 2 ton motor mind you) then shifted all the way forward as they nose dived for the ocean crushing them (loadmaster and 2 pilots).

Be grateful your load was more kind and only broke your plane in B.F.E. Africa.
